A Stream In The Forest Metal Print
At the age of sixty-seven, I was fortunate enough to have the incredible and transformative opportunity to travel to South Africa, a captivating and diverse destination filled with a rich tapestry of history and vibrant culture. As I set foot on African soil for the very first time, a profound and overwhelming sense of fulfillment washed over me, marking the long-awaited realization of a lifelong dream and opening an exciting new chapter in my spiritual journey and personal development. During my time there, I had the remarkable opportunity to visit the poignant and historically significant Nelson Mandela Capture Site (NMCS) near Howick, a place that resonates deeply with themes of resilience, courage, and hope. Additionally, I ventured into the breathtakingly beautiful mountains that surrounded me, each majestic peak telling a story of the Creator’s grandeur and inspiring awe. Throughout my extensive exploration of the diverse and awe-inspiring mountainous landscapes, I found myself deeply motivated and inspired to create "A Stream in the Forest," a tranquil and harmonious representation of Creation that beautifully captures the essence of the remarkable South African landscape I experienced in an Impressionist manner. This artwork reflects both the serenity and the vibrancy of the scenery, serving as a lasting and tangible reminder of the profound impact this truly life-changing journey had on my perspective, personal growth, and spiritual evolution, forever shaping who I am as an artist and as an individual in profound and meaningful ways.
Metal prints are celebrated for their unmatched durability and vibrant color presentation, delivering extraordinary sharpness and detail. The sleek, modern finish enhances the luminosity of each image, making colors pop with a radiant glow. With superior fade resistance, metal prints maintain their brilliance over time, embodying the pinnacle of photographic reproduction.
How it's made
The image is first printed to a transfer paper, then infused into Chromaluxe metal by heat and pressure. This process combined with our custom made color profiles give true to life colors and exceptional detail. For metal prints, a white base coating ensures pure whites and true-to-life colors for vivid, accurate image reproduction on aluminum.
Note
All metal prints are printed at actual size and then machine cut 1/8th
smaller on all sides. If you order a 24 x 36", your final print size will be 23.75 x
35.75". Any Metal Print which does not fit in a 20x26” box, will be shipped in a
custom made crate lined with foam.
Metal Finishes
White Glossy: This finish brings your images to life with striking vibrancy and depth. It offers a highly reflective surface that enhances color saturation and contrast, making it perfect for dynamic and colorful photographs that demand attention.
White Semi-Glossy: Balancing reflection and texture, the semi-glossy finish provides a soft sheen that reduces glare while maintaining color intensity and detail. Ideal for a wide range of images, it offers a versatile presentation that suits both vibrant and subtle photographs.
White Matte: The matte finish on metal provides a contemporary look with its flat, non-reflective surface. It softens colors, enhances textural details, and eliminates glare, making it perfect for portraits, black and white photos, and any artwork that benefits from a subtle, sophisticated presentation.
Hardware:
Wall Buddies Hanger Provides stability and level hanging, ideal for all sizes. Available for all prints 16 x 24" and larger.
